FAQ
First operate with the crane's original wired handle to determine whether it is an electrical problem.
1. Check whether the transmitter and receiver barcodes match; if not, insert the card to pair them.
2. Check whether the transmitter power indicator is normal to determine if it is a transmitter power problem.
3. Check whether the receiver is powered and whether its power indicator works. If it does not light up, check the input power and the 0.5A fuse. Then observe whether the relays inside the receiver work; if they do, check the corresponding 10A fuse of the channel with no output.
4. Check whether the common wire is connected correctly — for example, whether the common wire is connected to power wire No.1 or to common wire No.2 (the common wire should be connected to wire No.1).
5. Check whether the total-stop wiring is correct.
6. Check whether the control wire is live.
7. If everything above is normal, re-pair with the card.
8. Check whether the crystal oscillator is damaged.
9. Check whether the battery spring plates and the battery polarity contacts are normal.
1. Check whether the start button has been activated.
2. Check whether the magnetic key has failed.
3. Check whether the reed switch is damaged.
4. Check whether the emergency stop button is pressed.
This usually indicates a crash or battery undervoltage.
1. A crash is generally caused by a substandard battery, for example too high a voltage. Remove the batteries and press any key dozens of times to discharge, or use one old and one new battery together to lower the new battery's voltage before using two new batteries.
2. If the red light stays on while using old batteries, check whether the batteries are running low and replace them.
One of the keys is damaged.
1. Check whether the corresponding 10A action fuse is blown.
2. Check whether the corresponding control wire is normal.
3. Check whether the corresponding relay has output.
1. Check whether the transformer power is normal.
2. Check whether the electrical pulse is too large.
3. If there is obvious stuttering, it may be on-site co-channel interference.
Incorrect wiring of the remote control's control wire.
1. Install batteries:
Loosen the four screws of the copier with a screwdriver, open the lower cover, insert 2 × 1.5V alkaline batteries with the correct polarity, then refit the lower cover and tighten the screws.
2. Read data:
Place the green magnetic key into the slot on the upper cover (inserting it means reading data; do not remove the magnetic key while reading), then connect the burning cable to the 6-PIN header of the transmitter or receiver. Press the copier key until the LED flashes green (for example, pressing "1" stores it in group 1); once the green flash goes out, the data has been read and the cable can be unplugged.
3. Write data:
Remove the green magnetic key and connect the burning cable to the 6-PIN header of the transmitter or receiver (removing it means outputting data from the copier and writing it into the transmitter or receiver; the magnetic key must not be inserted during writing). Press the copier key whose data was just read until the LED flashes green; once the green flash goes out, writing is complete and the cable can be unplugged.
